Mini Poll Post: To Stay Rested or Not?

I dinged level 90 on my Pally (sorry no screenshot to share but enjoy the one of my friends monk lol)! I closed in on the achievement late last night with my tank coming in fast behind me (I kinda cheated with having two gathering professions lol).
Afterwards we were talking and discussing how happy we were with the questing in the game and how fortunate we had been to be rested all the way to 90. In fact all of our girls are rested to 90 and if they aren’t rested we don’t work on them. To us being rested is a smart and easy way to make leveling a bit faster without a lot of effort.
In talking about this we wondered if other people, while leveling, did this. I know some folks who play sometimes feel that if they are too far away from an inn, they will just log off wherever they are, wither it’s on a rock in the middle of nowhere or in a waterfall. So this got me curious to do a mini-post with a poll, do you always try to maximize your rested time while leveling? Do you take the effort to go back to an inn and maximize your rested experience in game?
